1) Is what’s on-line your full range of products?
No. While we endeavour to display as much as possible, there are more items available in our retail store. If there is an item that you are interested but cannot find, please call (03) 9527 1776 or email email@example.com for further assistance.
2) I need my order earlier than your shipping options will allow, is there any way to get my order to me faster?
Yes, we can organize a super express service to get your order to you faster. Alternatively, we can arrange for the goods to be ready for collection from either of our sites.
Please call us on (03) 9527 1776 if this is required and we will investigate the costs associated with this type of delivery and advise you of the costs.
3) What happens if I am not home when my parcel is delivered?
If a delivery is made when you are not home, the parcel is taken to your local post office to await collection. You are usually left a note from the delivery driver to advise which local post office it was taken to. If the order remains unclaimed for 3 consecutive weeks they send it back to us.
